You don't have to belong to a group to have opinions. You can form them yourself, you can believe democratic and republican ideas at the same time. You can be proud to be a woman without being feminist. You are entirely your own being with your own thoughts, so be you, don't force yourself to be them.

Bitter-Sweet Ignorance
When we are born, we are not born with the knowledge of everything this Earth beholds and someday will behold. We are born with a sweet ignorance you could say. As we grow and learn we keep this ignorance beautiful and un-poisoned. A child sees the world as the wonderful, glorious place it is.
Eventually this sweet ignorance must end. and we have to realize what's come of this world and accept everyone as they are, for we are all the same, in the end we all bleed red.
Some of us realize this and live our lives with an open mind. Others are blinded by the ignorance they can't let go, and when the time to let it go comes, and they hold on, it becomes bitter. Bitter ignorance often comes off as idiocy, rudeness, and stupidity. Ignorance blinds many people in this world, and brings much damage to mankind.
Ignorant people will see someone of a different color as wrong. Someone of a different sexuality as mistaken. Someone who acts differently, they see as someone to make fun of and to hate. Hatred makes the blood run cold, and that. That can be the difference, our blood all red, is warm. But when you let it grow cold, you've let yourself go to far. It doesn't matter what color we are, what language we speak, which gender we prefer, or what we enjoy.
Sweet ignorance is beautiful. Bitter ignorance is not. Someday we'll all understand. Someday we'll all come to the realization that difference is glory.
